Consider that the land is owned by an SC/ST person. If you want to purchase the land from them, what are the legal procedure that needs to be followed?
As there are few incidents I have heard wherein, the SC/ST person who was the owner can reclaim the land even after selling. What should be implemented to avoid such a situation?
