There is no easy answer to this question since it depends on some factors, including what type of immigration reform is being proposed and how it would be structured. That said, it is certainly possible that immigration could be included in reconciliation if there was enough support from both parties. Remember, though, that any immigration reform that passes through reconciliation would likely be quite limited in scope since that is the nature of the process.
