I live in the Netherlands in an apartment with two communal spaces. There are many broken and abandoned old bikes, and because of this, there isn't enough space anymore. I received an email from the real estate company to all the tenants, indicating that I must clear the entire space within three weeks. Is there any law or provision that obligates me to remove objects abandoned by other tenants?
