Buying a car “as is.”
I bought a car as is and within 24 hours it was undrivable. Used a code reader to find out the transmission was shot. It would cost between 3000 to 5000 to fix it. The cost of the car was $4000. All I wanted was a safe car to go to work in. I’ve exhausted my funds already. Called the place and they said they would give me $2000 on a different car from their lot. I think they should fix it or give me back my money. Does the Mn car bill of rights cover this?
