Buying a business and visas in UK
Good morning, I'm an Italian citizen. I'm willing to buy a business in Central London (a café) with an Italian friend who has the pre-settled status and become both a 50% shareholder. First of all, can I do it as Italian citizen? If yes, can I work inside the cafè as barista? Does it give me any kind of visa? O will I be just an investor who can visit the venue with a tourist visa to check how it goes? And, is there any way I can also work in the venue as a barista? Any kind of working visa I could do? Can I sponsor myself o get a skilled visa? About myself, I lived in England already from December 2013 to August 2015 working paying taxes with NIN, paying rent, and having a bank account (which it's still open). Thank you a lot for any kind of help. I wish everyone an amazing day! Sara P.

Dear Sara thank you for your question. You situation requires further information as you require assistance with purchasing a business, employment and your immigration status. Without information of what your current status is in the UK, it is difficult to advise on the next steps, can you provide further information by contacting me directly?
