In New Zealand is a blunt, not able to be sharpened, not dangerous or harmful at all butterfly knife legal? Some butterfly knifes are designed in a way that even if attempted to be sharpened, the metal would just break because they remove a lot of the material from the middle. Personally I don't see why it would be illegal as it is a training knife specifically meant to just play with and do cool tricks and cant be turned into a dangerous knife.
