British citizenship for child from an unmarried relationship
I am a male British citizen, and my daughter was born in the UK in April 2006 from a relationship with my unmarried partner. My partner is from Ukraine and has not got any visa here. My question is regarding my daughter: can I apply for her British passport?

According to conditions of UK citizenship, If your child was born on or after 1 January 1983, then British nationality would have passed to you automatically (unless it is based on your father only and your parents weren't legally married at the time of your birth). If your child was born before 1 January 1983, then British nationality would have passed to you automatically through your father (but only if your parents were legally married at the time of your birth).
