Breach of the contract.

I purchased a product from an online seller based out of Ontario Canada. I live in the US. I originally placed the order on June 11, 2022. On July 17th I asked for an update and they didn't respond until July 20th. They explained it can take up to 8 weeks, so I waited. I didn't hear anything back so I contacted them again on Aug 10, 2022 and they said it was in QC and should be shipped soon. Still nothing, so I emailed again on Oct 8 and didn't hear back until Oct 12, they explained they needed more materials for the product now. I sent another email on Nov 5 and got no response until Nov 13. I emailed again on Nov 17 and got no response. I emailed again on Nov 29 and got a response on dec 1. After that they started ghosting. They shut down their social media and website. PayPal won't refund the money. There's a facebook group of other scammed people, we've totaled that they scammed over $10,000 USD. https://www.facebook.com/groups/151294064446707
