My husband and I are got married in India. I am Muslim and he is Hindu.
We are living in Dubai and want to have a baby soon. I want to understand if the UAE law provides a birth certificate to the child born to Muslim mother and Hindu father and what is the process for obtaining that?
I am aware that uptil 2020 there was no such provision and the Indian Embassy also issues an advisory asking such couples to birth their child in India. Can you please confirm if any laws around this have changed which will allow us to birth our child in Dubai, UAE?
