Assets, acquisitions, and creditors
Consider that a contractor delivers some copyrighted products for a client (like he/she writes a software), and the client declares that they're unable to pay for it. Further, the client gets acquired for an amount less than what's available to pay all creditors. What legal tools does the contractor have to receive full payment?
