On a recent Ski trip to France, I was out at a club and on my way out I was assualted multiple times by a bouncer, this included him following me out of the club and swiping my legs out so that my head hit the concrete. I have a medical statement that I have a concussion etc, and bleeding to the head. I took this to the French Police and they told me that he would be arrested and that the club is well known for these problems and that they knew the bouncer by reputation.
Is there a way I could sue the club or the bouncer for damages? I live in the UK.
