I am a K-1 visa holder. I did the entire medical examinations process back in 2019 in Jakart, including medical examinations and vaccination.
In accordance with the USCIS Policy Manua, Volume 8, Part b Chapter 3, K and V nonimmigrants applying for adjustment of status are not required to repeat the medical examination if the application was filed within one year of the date of the original medical examination…”
It appears that I don't have to prepare form I-693 (Medical Examination). Is this correct? Or should I still fill out the form I-693 and attach it?"
