After my grandfather died in 1996, my elder uncle (who died in 2004) sold all of his land to my father in 1996, and the property is now in my father's name. My elder uncle's son has now stated that he will not accept his father's sales.He says he was too young then when the property was sold. Please advise on what to do in this situation. We are muslims.
