I booked in agoda and i didnt receive confirmation immediately. So i called the hotel and they told me i dont have a confirmed booking. So i booked again and this time its processed. Ipon re checking , i found out that the forst booking has pushed through also. So i cancelled it to avoid double vooking and charges. When i was going through refund they denied me because of the cancellation policy thta i failed to read. And considering i booked for the same night same person , same date. But they denied the request. What can i do?
