Hello everyone,
I am the owner of a garment company in Turkey and recently had been negotiating to make an agency contract with a Chinese company to sell the goods on behalf of them and receive a certain amount of commission.
In our agency agreement, it wasn't mentioned who should pay for the operating expenses of the agent company.
Does merely concluding an agency agreement would obligate the Chinese company to pay for our expenses or not?
