Is there any age limit for working in an H1B status ?
I had the H1B processed which had expired in 2011. I have not utilised the full term. I have the SSN number. Currently I hold a B1 / B2 Visa.
I am now 71years+.
Will my age be a restriction to recapture the unutilised time in my previous H1B visa and work in the USA ?
