i am a 16 year old male who is travelling in a foreign country. i rented a scooter and while cruising the city i accidentally hit a car and because of panic i ran away. i didn't assess the damages. i just left. i don't recall the place where i hit the parked car. the car was empty. will i face any legal troubles? is it considered criminal mischief or accidental damage? will i be liable as a minor in a foreign country?
