A Legal Compliant against Bookingcom platform
I want to know if my complaint has solid ground about an e-mail I received on the 3rd of August from the Booking.com newsletter service; it was targeted at the European LGBTQ+ community, then three days later, I received another e-mail in which the Booking.com team apologized for how the first e-mail was inaccurate. I have recently been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder, and my mental health is deteriorating badly by others' judgments; further, this is the very reason I signed up for the Booking.com platform to find suitable accommodation near my doctor's clinic, and I only started my sixth month's treatment plan on the 20th of July. Therefore you can see how crucial this time is for my health.
