She enjoys dealing with discretionary cases for private clients, in Immigration appeals and Judicial Review matters in particular, including challenges of the decisions of the Secretary of State for the Home Department to unlawfully detain and remove claimants. She has also been involved on a variety of property transactions from initial instructions to post-completion, assisting with the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfers of equity, leases and lease extension. She is also experienced in Wills and Probate, assisting a Partner with all matters relating to writing a will and probate, contested wills, trusts and estates, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and deeds of variation.
