About me

Mohammad Sufyan Khan has completed bachelor’s degree of Shariah and Law from International Islamic University Islamabad in 2019 and started practice in Islamabad District Courts right after the completion. Furthermore, he started LLM in International and Maritime Laws from Bahria University which is still in progress. During the course of LLB and LLM he have studied many subjects which included both National and International Laws and have practiced and experienced relevant laws first-hand in many civil and criminal cases, personally. Meanwhile, he has been involved in solving complex legal matters including criminal, civil, service, narcotics, tax, corporate and trademark laws. He has been a part of various law firms during last 3 years and have acquired the ability to sort out perplexed legal issues. In addition, he has acquired some research experience during his academics which includes but are not limited to Corporate law, International Law, Maritime and Admiralty laws, white collar crimes etc. Subsequently, he has been appearing before District Courts of Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Swat. He is capable to do all sort of legal drafting, legal research, case law search, case briefs and all sort of research work. He has good command over English, Arabic, Urdu and Pashto.
