If one were all ready being railroaded by a corrupt family law court, particularly during a proceeding which would grant this person’s child’s other parent permission to move across the entire country and at this time another individual, who is in absolutely no way shape or form affiliated with anyone in the previously mentioned family law proceeding, is arrested for being an “addict in possession of a firearm” and taken into custody under the correct name, but then somehow is able to be booked into the county jail under the name of the individual first described in the aforementioned family law case, for apparently a couple hours, until a correctional officer doing his rounds notices that the in custody person is not who they were booked as, fixes the mistake, except for the family law person whose identity was used by the arrested person, now has a “addict in pos. of a firearm” charge posted online, which is then subsequently used against him in his family law proceeding resulting in his child legally being kidnapped from him, based of the incompetence of the county sheriff or the guile of the arrested individual, the question being should the family law guy be able to sue either the criminal or the county?
