I am also a holder of 11 MA in international law, energy law, commercial arbitration, financial criminal law, semiotics, ecumenical theology, political science, black sea studies, ecumenical theology, business administration and European Project Planning and Management and CIMIC. I speak fluently English, French and Russian.
