He specialized in matters regarding changes in the size and structure of company capital, transfer of ownership between partners/shareholders, providing support for the convening of general meetings of the enterprise management and controlling bodies, respectively the partners and shareholders. Mr. Vasilev also operated in the field of immigration law and Bulgarian citizenship, assisting foreign investors and individuals in establishing their proper legal status in Bulgaria.
