About me

My name is Ali Baha Alden Alkasair, and I am currently working as the Managing Partner and Chief Legal Officer at Nationwide Legal Consultancy and Debts Collection L.L.C in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I have over 14 years of experience providing legal advice and support to businesses in various industries. I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented lawyer with excellent communication and negotiation skills. I have a deep understanding of the law and legal proceedings, and I have a proven track record of successfully avoiding or winning litigation cases through effective research. I am skilled in drafting and negotiating contracts, managing risk, and providing strategic advice. I am also experienced in conducting legal research and analysis, reviewing contracts for compliance, and preparing briefs and motions for court proceedings. I hold a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of East London (UEL), located in London, UK. Prior to that, I obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Damascus University (DU) in Damascus, Syria. I am bilingual, proficient in both Arabic and English.
