IranSamira Soleymanzadeh PH.D. is a cross-jurisdiction lawyer. She is admitted to the Bar of Iran(Central Bar Association) as a qualified Iranian lawyer in 2012. She has graduated from the faculty of law and political sciences University of Tehran. she has a history of advocating in Iranian courts and consulting private and public companies and governmental institutions as well. Samira assists clients completely in dealing with domestic and international contracts, company setup, foreign direct investments, asset protection, trusts, investment issuess, du dilligence, mergers, takeovers, and other legal matters in different fileds of business and commerce. Samira is the author of different legal articles related to commercial law. Her book "Corporate groups, jurisdiction and applicable law" is published as one of the first practical and analytical books in Iran corpoarte law. she has differnet lectures on commercial law and private internatioal law in international academic centers (Germany and The Netherlands). she has the experience of study and research at important academic universities and institutes. As a young lawyer she has the ability to work on international commercial cases and advise individual and corporate clients in legal issues. She in teaching domestic and international commercial law for B.A, M.A ad Ph.D. students in universities of Iran.
