As a business attorney, Paul advises clients on a full array of complex business issues. He represents clients in acquisitions of single properties and property portfolios; acquisitions and participation of mortgage; workouts and restructurings, financing of real estate properties and projects; office and retail leasing and joint venture development. The Law Office of Paul Dumbravanu It also handles a broad range of business law matters such as entity formation, the purchase and sale of a business, partnership disputes, collections, corporate governance, operating agreements, and other small business issues. We also act as corporate counsel. Previously a Member of Parliament in Romania between 2012/ 2016 and Vice Chairperson on the Committee for the Investigation of Abuses and Corrupt Practice.
