I graduated from both University and law school with a second-class upper division grade and possess a master’s degree in Corporate Governance and Finance Law. I have experience in broad areas of law ranging from corporate, commercial and civil law. I have carried out amongst other duties: represent clients in courts, negotiate and draft high-end Contracts; review, vet, negotiate and provide legal advice on agreements, contracts and other legal documents including Concession Agreement, Power Purchase Agreement, Joint Venture Agreement, EOIs, Confidentiality Agreements, etc. to ensure protection of company’s full legal rights; Proffer advice to Boards of directors on Corporate Governance issues and international best practices; Ensure timely corporate compliance with relevant regulatory bodies; perform company secretarial duties.
