IndonesiaAn Indonesian Citizen, Offy has qualified both as Litigator and Solicitor. She holds a Bachelor Degree from Pancasila University - Faculty of Law, S.H (1998). She admitted to Bar 2008 (PERADI); formerly assistant to the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia/BANI). She also obtained an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
