IranMaedeh graduated in 2013 from the University of Tehran. Having studied criminal law as her main major, she has been more exposed to criminal law cases and questions; however, civil and contract law matters have never been out of her sight. she has worked as a legal consultant in construction and petrochemical projects since 2009. Mirshams areas of expertise include international criminal law, claim management, EPC turnkey, investment contracts, e-commerce and IT contracts, municipality regulations, and litigation and dispute resolution.
