Maroof Rafique is a lawyer by profession, an Associate at Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Digital Justice Advocate in Pakistan and the Youth Policymaking Committee Head at UNDP. Maroof has recently conducted a research study titled ‘Hurdles for Digitalization of Judicial Functions in Pakistan’ in order to sensitise an accountable and transparent ‘Rule of Law’ mechanism in the country. He was selected by US Dept of Commerce in Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) in 2020. Currently, Maroof is working as a Chapter Co-Founder for Pakistan at ENERAP, assisting the Editorial Board of ‘mADR Broadcast’, and coaching the Law School of Quaid-I-Azam University Islamabad.
