VietnamI am Dzung Pham, a professional In-house counsel with more than 7 years' experience. As for a formal qualification, I graduated from Hanoi Law University, majoring in Economic Law with a Very Good Grade and GPA among the top 6% high grades of the university and multiple noticeable scholarships & awards. After more than 7 years working in both in-house and outside counsel, I have gained excellent expertise in various fields of Vietnamese law and the ability to solve a spectrum of legal matters in the Vietnamese business environment. To be more specific, I have been working as the main in-house counsel at a public company to provide high-quality legal guidance and advice on a spectrum of legal matters across the group (including a holding company with more than 20 subsidiaries in various industries). As an in-house lawyer in commerce and investment, I have developed strong consulting and contract management skills. One of my primary duties is to manage numerous contracts of significant importance with a general contractor and hotel manager which deals with many issues ranging from: subcontractors, suppliers, and personnel. This duty also requires meticulous reviewing, writing, and editing skills, and an ability to convey complex legal ideas precisely both in Vietnamese and English. Previously I also gained extensive experience in legal consultancy services thanks to 3 years working in the field. I believe my legal-problem solving and consultancy skills will be useful in any projects of your company. Additionally, I have already passed the Vietnam Bar Federation’s Exam in 2022.
