About me

Dr. Hasan Omidvar concentrates on corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters. He also handles litigation and arbitration in Iran. He particularly advises clients on foreign direct investment, government permits, incorporation, mergers and acquisitions, capital market, import/export regulation as well as sanctions and compliance. He is a member of the Iran Central Bar Association. He was an in-house lawyer of multiple Iranian companies.
