TurkeyI am a Turkish qualified lawyer registered in Istanbul Bar Association since 2010 and a mediator since 2023. I am also a trademark attorney. I gained my LL.M degree from Switzerland in the area of International Business Law. I am an English-Turkish sworn translator. I have a strong experience in contracts, legal consulting, compliance-related works as well as litigation processes, especially in telecommunication, construction, energy, manufacturing, hotel management, media, e-commerce and transportation sectors. Consulting in law related to intellectual property, compliance, commercial, labor and data protection law at the national (Turkish) and international (especially in the EU, UK, Switzerland, and MENA) level is my passion. I have several certificates in the area of compliance, Anti-money laundering regulations, telecommunication law, construction law, cyber law, intellectual property law, competition law, start-up law and sea law. I took many courses thanks to my LL.M degree such as anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, trade compliance, global risk regulations, corporate governance, international dispute settlement, competition, compliance and the EU law. I wrote my LL.M thesis about the Compulsory License on Pharmaceuticals According to Turkish and Swiss Patent Law. In addition to my thesis topic, I have followed up recent developments in the Pharma sector. I completed several certificate programs on intellectual property, compliance (in general as data protection, competition law, internal audit and specific sectors as banking and finance, pharma, energy, telecommunication, e-commerce, fin-tech and payment systems sectors and whole compliance process at corporates and/or supply chains. Over 10 years, I am working on different types of contracts and litigation processes.
