ItalyI have got a degree in law from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” and I was admitted to the Bar of Rome in 2002. I have collaborated for many years with some well-known Italian intellectual property firms located in different cities of Italy, as Milan, Turin, Modena, Florence, Rome; since 2012 I have been working by my own in Rome and now I have a strong network of contacts at both the national and international levels. I have been working with trademarks for about twenty years and I handle all the matters concerning the trademarks: trademark searches, trademark registrations, replies to refusals, renewals, oppositions, assignments and license agreements and more. I can directly file trademark applications, renewals, oppositions etc. both to the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) for European Union trademarks and to the UIBM (Italian Office Patents and trademarks) for Italian trademarks. Also outside these territories, I can always assist my clients, also thanks to a consolidated network of foreign associates all over the world.
