GhanaEubank Laud Arthur is a Company Secretary at Sirdar Group. Before joining Sirdar, he served as a Legal Associate at Genser Energy Ghana Limited, specializing in energy, corporate and commercial, project finance, intellectual property, and labour and employment law. He was called to the Ghanaian bar in 2020 after completion of the Professional Law Course at the Ghana School of Law. He holds an LLB from the University of Ghana as well as a BSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is a member of the Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) Class of 2020. He has interned with some of the leading firms in Ghana such as ENSafrica, JLD & MB Legal Consultancy and Ashong Benjamin and Associates. He also served as a Teaching Assistant at Zenith University College where he taught the Law of Immovable Property and Equity and Succession for two (2) years.
