Work experience includes both senior in-house positions with global technology companies and private practice focusing on commercial and technology law, data privacy, IP, trade law, corporate law and M&A, leading teams and projects. Proven track record of leading legal and cross-functional teams and complex and high value deals with high profile global and enterprise customers, providing business savvy and solutions oriented legal advice. Hands-on experience, knowledge of and qualifications in both common law and civil law jurisdictions. In-depth understanding of IT, programmed in Assembler, C/C++, Basic, Pascal, Delphi, Prolog, Perl, PHP, JavaScript, and HTML. Fluent in English, German and Russian.
