A practicing solicitor (current practicing certificate) qualified in England and Wales and the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with over 19 years pqe international legal experience from initial training the European Commission (DG Competition (DG IV) in Brussels, to over 5 years from 1999 to 2004, working at various city firms such as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and CMS Cameron Mckenna and In House at Cineworld Cinemas. A diverse and unique work experience honing the ability to work both independently and within a culturally diverse setting. With a diverse international and expertise in commercial / corporate law, litigation and arbitration law and practice in industries such as telecoms, consumer goods, finance, tech, fintech and commercial real estates. Over 16 years legal practice with an international client base, managing substantial workloads and staff, organizing and developing new business and extensively working on international and local projects for major multinationals. I advise corporate and individuals on both UK and foreign Immigration in particular skilled workers and family visa for entry into the United Kingodm A strong ability to manage multiple competing interests as a director in, and in house legal consultant, to various firms including start ups, international joint ventures and multinationals with operations within the EMEA and the UK and abroad. I have a particular interest and expertise in advising start ups, from corporate inception, Shareholder Agreements, funding rounds and IP agreements as well as drafting, advising and negotiating IT agreements, such as SaaS, Iaas, and Paas.
