He is an expert in handling complex disputes across a range of sectors and in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, with particular expertise in construction arbitration. Shehab has extensive experience in Oman corporate law, establishing Omani corporate structures, convening and conducting meetings for listed companies in Oman, and dealing with Government ministries, obtaining licenses and consents for project sponsors. Shehab is also a member of many regional and international institutions such as CIArb (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators) as a member and AFL (Approved Faculty List) , ICC, LCIA, DIAC, and OAC. Shehab has published many legal papers related to international commercial arbitration in well-reputed law journals such as the Journal of Arab Arbitration and the Journal of International Arbitration.
