Short Bio After graduating from the oldest high school of Argentina, I attended the Jesuit Catholic University of Cordoba obtaining my JD degree in 2008. I studied European & Competition Law as exchange-student at the Universiteit Leiden in the Netherlands in 2006 and in 2012 obtained an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from Universidad Austral (Buenos Aires. Argentina) having also attended the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center). In addition, Dante holds an executive education degree from the ESADE Business School of Barcelona (2015). I have also worked as Associate attorney at Novadios before becoming Business Development Manager and later General Manager at Spinlock, a tech-based R&D firm specialized in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Technology. At Spinlock, I took care of managing R&D projects, negotiated technology transfer & licensing agreements with Clients, i.e. several FORTUNE 500 companies, and promoted the Company ́s expansion internationally, developing business in 12 new countries for Spinlock. Today, I teach law and corporate innovation protection at Austral University and the ICDA business school and continue to serve at Spinlock’s Board. Passionate about Intellectual Property Management (IPM), Technology Commercialization and Business Development, I also serve as consultant to local Universities and Institutes, Government, and local companies in legal aspects of Public and Private Innovation Protection and Technology Commercialization.
