SwitzerlandChristopher Jackson, Partner to Lenzin Bordoni & Partner, is admitted to practice in the whole of Switzerland, specialising in commercial and corporate law (both domestic and international), employment law, tenancy law, contract law and commercial arbitration. He also practices family law and criminal law. He holds a JD from the Sacred Heart University of Milan and an LL.M. from Queen Mary University (London), specialising in international commercial and business law. He has extensive experience in international family law issues, including cross-border divorce procedures. He regularly assists commercial and business clients in contractual matters and domestic (as well as international) litigation, including arbitration procedures. Having previously worked as a corporate counsel for a multinational enterprise, he has gained a specific insight into the business and commercial necessities of corporations, which are always at the centre of any legal advice or litigation.
