About me

Sina Banizamani is an Attorney at Law (qualified lawyer) who practices in Iran. He has specialized in providing legal services in domestic and foreign investments in Iran including M&A, due diligence, negotiations and contracts. In addition, he has practiced as legal consultant at the Mutual Chamber of Iran-the UAE (based in Tehran) and Legal Manager at Shiraz Chamber of Commerce. He was elected as a Councilor for a 4-year period at the City Council of Shiraz which brought him a wide range of experience in Public-Private Partnership management. Sina holds an LLM degree from Shahid Beheshti University (Tehran-Iran) and an LLB from the Shiraz State University (Shiraz-Iran). He currently studies Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) at the University of Law (England).
