His pragmatic and results-driven approach has made him a trusted advisor to national and regional corporations as well as many prominent members of the UAE and Jordan business landscapes. Mr. Ayham currently represents large and mid-size corporations specializing in the areas of manufacturing, distribution, agency, hospitality, media, real estates, pharmaceutical, and health care. His experience allowed him to assist and safe guide such companies in their commercial transactions, commercial disputes, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency, liquidation, compensation for damages, financial claims, and general corporate and commercial disputes. Mr. Ayham participated in developing the Investment Window and the Development Zones of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, he provided the World Bank Group with his recommendations regarding the investment system in the Development Zones of Jordan, along with providing his insight to the structuring of the prerequisites, with regards to the newly registered companies of all kinds in Jordan. Prior to joining Clout, Mr. Ayham gained in-depth pharmaceutical and healthcare outstanding experience, while working as the Sr. Legal Affairs Manager of Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries Julphar PJSC, and as the Sr. Legal Counsel of the regulatory arm of Dubai Healthcare City Authority in UAE.
