Mr Asish Sarkar is registered as an Advocate Bar Council of India. He started practising law in 1994. Asish has a half-decade of experience in practising law before the Hon'ble Trial Court and as well as before the Hon'ble Apex Court of India; this including Legal drafting and pleading, contract negotiation, and legal research, which includes the substantive Law and Legal Procedures, vetting of documents, contract Management, GDPR, IPR, Patent Law, IT Law, etc. Mr Sarkar has excellent experience in Information Technology as well. He has worked and dealt with clients across the globe. Therefore, he has first-hand experience working with people from different countries and nationalities.
