Privacy and Data security law, contract disputes, business litigation. Taking place in arbitrations and both giving and defending depositions. Making court appearances both in person and telephonically with regards to Civil and Criminal matters. Assist on appeals including research, writing legal briefs to the supreme Court of California, investigation and in-depth evidence gathering. work in complex litigation as related to related to FCPA, M&A, Pharmaceutical issues, privacy and data security law: second requests from the DOJ and FT); Antitrust issues; SIRs; CID M&A Due Diligence Contract and litigation, Technology Contracts, Globa; both on site and remotely with regards to: relevance ; privilege; compiling privilege logs in response to litigation discovery request; examining confidentiality; redaction and quality control in accordance with Request for Production; Working on Immigration cases (both business and personal)from intake through application and final outcome
