Ahmad is equipped with an L.L.B in Law and an L.L.M Degree in Intellectual Property Law. Some of his recent accomplishments include ICC arbitration on behalf of Quasigovernmental entity involving the purchase of defective materials from a Chinese Manufacturer, DIAC arbitration in relation to sale and purchase agreement of one of the key American chains in the Middle East, DIAC Arbitration in a sale and purchase agreement between an English investor and Main Developer, LCIA Arbitration regarding logistic support base in one of the biggest oil fields in the world, UNCITRAL Arbitration between a government in the Middle East and a Manufacturer regarding complex projects. Prior to establishing Clout, Mr. Haddad gained in-depth banking experience while working with Standard Chartered Bank in Dubai as a Regional Legal Counsel and previously with Law and Arbitration Centre.
