Federico Vasoli is a lawyer admitted to the Bar of Milan, Italy, and as an EU lawyer to the Bar of Malta, where he is based, and is admitted by the Vietnamese Ministry of Justice as a foreign lawyer in Hanoi. He is a legal strategists for international operations of large groups, as well as small and medium enterprises and high net worth individuals, based virtually in any jurisdiction, primarily in dealing with international business law, with a passion for innovation, in a multiplicity of industries. Dr Vasoli is an expert in international set-ups, acquisitions and contracts, international tax, trusts, blockchains and cryptocurrencies and is frequently called by institutions and universities to hold speeches on these topics. He is an adjunct professor at MIP - Politecnico di Milano and a member of the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Finance Malta and vice-chairman of the Italy-Vietnam Chamber of Commerce. He is the managing partner of the international law and tax firm dMTV, with offices in Singapore, Malta, Saigon and Hanoi. Until 2018 he was a partner in the Italian law firm dMTV - de Masi Taddei Vasoli, based in Milan, whose Vietnamese practice he spearheaded. He holds various boards positions, also in charities. He believes in mutual trust between clients and advisers and in highest ethical standards. Dr Vasoli holds a JD from Bocconi University in Milan and attended postgraduate and pre-doctorate courses at the University of Vienna, ISPI of Milan, the University of Strasbourg, the ESADE of Barcelona and the IFSP of Malta.
