This is a complicated issue and there are different ideas about this. The ABA published three cases in which disclaimers were not enough to avoid an attorney-client relationship; because disclaimers were tiny, at the bottom of the letterhead, and were in several links which removed after some clicks. However, there are some cases in which indicate that the courts are tending to enforce proper agreements between an attorney and client. It mostly depends on the way you implicate the disclaimer and be sure that the prospective client understands that this is not legal advice.
