I sold a home and a car, and had a signed agreement to receive commission on the sale of these items. However, following the sales, the seller has disappeared and refuses to pay my commission. I have now realized that this person is a fraud and is now driving a stolen car. I have claimed on this but the individual has not been found and nothing has been done. Can I take any further legal action on this?
