Contract with Chinese company

We have made a contract with a Chinese company, who after receiving the prepayment does not act according to their commitments and are asking for extra expenses. We have determined the china chamber of commerce as the arbitrator. Now how can we initiate legal proceedings?

Business runs on good faith and reasonable compliance of all the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Forcemejure(Out of the Control of the Parties) for not satisfying any one of the Clauses of the Agreement.Under this Circumstance the Demand/Refusal is agreeable and the Aggrieved party can not sue the other party. Where both the parties have agreed to settle any Differences or Disputes arise in the course of operation of the Agreement they can approach to the Arbitrator as agreed by both the parties and stated in the Agreement. Please go through the Examination of Force majeure Clause coverage to your Agreement.
