He studied law in Italy, Portugal, Germany, Spain and France and holds 2 Master's degrees in EU Banking & Finance as well as EU Data Protection law (GDPR). In his daily job, He is mainly dedicated to financial regulation, providing support to banks, financial intermediaries, payment institutions and e-money institutions on all regulatory aspects in relation to investment, banking and financial products and services. He assists both Italian and international clients in corporate and financial law ordinary business (legal advice on the issuance of innovative products, regulatory and AML compliance, privacy, etc.) but also within extraordinary transactions (such as partnership agreements, investment agreements and M&A).
